To access certain features of the Service (such as enrolling in Series or viewing Premium content), you may be required to register for an account.

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
  • No Sharing: Accounts are for individual use only. You may not share your login credentials with others to allow them to access Premium content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

3.1. Premium Services

Some parts of the Service (e.g., "Premium Series," "Pro Articles") are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).

3.2. Payment

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

3.3. Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your Account Dashboard. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. You will continue to have access to the Premium Service until that time.

3.4. Refunds

  • Option A (Strict): Payments are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
  • Option B (Friendly): We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. To request a refund, please contact support within 14 days of your initial purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (including but not limited to blog posts, code snippets, tutorials, images, and series structure) are and will remain the exclusive property of Techosmic Blogs. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

  • Your License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the content for your personal, non-commercial educational use.
  • Restrictions: You may not redistribute, republish, sell, rent, or sub-license any content (e.g., you cannot copy our "React 19" guide and post it on your own blog).

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law.
  • To engage in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting, or any other similar activity (no scraping).
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Techosmic Blogs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service.

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
